GMPS Runs NRA Shooting Camp

IPSC New Shooter Clinic

On a cold, rainy and windy Saturday afternoon the Green Mountain Practical Shooters (GMPS) conducted a NRA Shooting Camp to introduce new shooters to IPSC shooting. In spite of the raw weather conditions, 31 "students" were given training and exposure to IPSC shooting. IPSC shooting is a fun, very serious and national level competition shooting. The personnel of the GMPS are very experienced in conducting firearm training and IPSC shooting events. GMPS has run numerous high level IPSC competitions at the same ranges at the Lamoille Valley Fish & Game Clubs. Click here: Green Mountain Practical Shooters

The instructors and entire program gave each student a course of instruction to make even the most novice shooter comfortable with their equipment and the course of fire.
