Area 7/AWARE Match in VT The Green Mountain Practical Shooters (GMPS) hosted the Area 7/AWARE Invitational Match, an IPSC pistol match, July 19-22. The match was held at the Lamoille Valley Fish & Game Club in Morrisville, VT. Two-hundred-twenty competitors shot in the match, hailing from all over the nation and Canada. There are only eight area matches for the United State Practical Shooting Association. Area 7 includes all of New England and New York State. GMPS had excellent aid from several event sponsors, but particularly lead sponsor Caspian Arms Ltd of Vermont. The competitors enjoyed a great shooting experience.
