Federation's Annual Legislative Mixer at Capitol Plaza A Great Success The federation once again held its annual Legislative Mixer at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Montpelier. The leadership and members of the legislature and management officials of our state agencies spoke to the members of various shooting and outdoors sporting organizations from all over Vermont. There was a tremendous turnout for the mixer, particularly for the nasty weather of the evening. The mixer was an excellent opportunity for the members of Vermont shooting/outdoors sporting community to speak with the elected and appointed officials who make laws and establish policies on the issues of their interest. It was also a great chance to meet with other outdoor sports and shooting folks from around the state to talk about our common interests.
